Thelma Christina Felton, 81, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in the Trinity Medical Center East, Steubenville, Ohio. Born August 9, 1930 in New Martinsville, WV, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Baker Thomas. She was also preceded in death by her husband Forrest W.
