Bobby L. Harper, 73, of Massillon, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, February 17, 2012, following an extended illness. He was born in Webster Springs, WV on April 27, 1938 to the late Rufus H. and Ora M. Westfall Harper. Bobby was the Assistant Manager and Tailor at Howard's Clothing, and was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of Ernest Angley's Grace Cathedral in Akron for more than 50 years.
