Charlotte A. Burt, age 76, of New London, formerly of Wakeman, died on Monday March 19, 2012 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk. She was born on August 24, 1935 in Lorain County, and has lived in the Wakeman-New London area for most of her life. She was a homemaker, helped her husband run Jim's Shell Service in Wakeman and later ran a daycare service out of her home in Wakeman.
