Charles A. Groves, 89, formerly of Weirton, WV, passed away Friday, August 24, 2012 at his home in New Manchester, WV. He was born on October 13, 1922 in Harmony, PA, one of seven sons of the late Alfred and Lillian Groves. He was also preceded in death by his first wife Emily Schiavo Groves, on April 18, 1985; four brothers, James, Robert, Richard, and Edward Groves.
