David was born on February 5, 1933 and passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012.
David was a resident of Kent, Ohio at the time of his passing. He was formerly from Coral Springs, Florida.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn.
Private graveside services have been held at Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna with Rabbi Lee Moore officiating.
