Alan J. Venables, Sr., age 66, of Alliance, went Home to be with The Lord at 10:40 a.m. Sunday, February 19, 2012, at Aultman Compassionate Care Center in Canton.
He was born April 4, 1945, in where, to the late Arthur Venables and Mary ( ) Venables, and was a lifelong Alliance resident.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Alan was co-owner and operator of Al and Craig's Service Station.
