Isaac was born on March 8, 2012 and passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012.
Isaac was a resident of Jefferson, Ohio at the time of his passing.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, July 14, 2012, from 1 to 6 p.m. at 318 South Broadway, Geneva (Our Home). ALL are welcome to attend. Bring hearts and smiles; food and drink will be provided.
Donations made be made to Northwest Ambulance District or Hospice of the Western Reserve in Isaac's name.
