James A. Clay, age 66 of Paris, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Wade Park VA Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born March 12, 1946 in Joy, Arkansas to the late Irvin Clay and Opal Clay-Terry. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict serving two tours and was the recipient of two purple hearts. He was a member of the V.F.W Post and American Legion.
