AKRON – John Marshall Sawyer, 82, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 after a long illness.
John was born in Dedham, MA on Oct. 18, 1929 to Samuel S. and Ruth M. Sawyer. He went to Cushing Academy in Ashburn, MA and went to college at West Virginia Wesleyan with a chemical degree.
John loved life and wanted to be busy at all times. He worked and retired from Goodyear.
