Funeral service will be 12 noon Tuesday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. NW with Rev. Edward Fashbaugh officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
