Ruby Martha Scarberry, 93, of Ashland, died Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Good Shepherd. Ruby was born January 27, 1919 in Smithville to Hugh W. and Ida Loretta (Collins) Stephenson. In 1971, she married Oscar Scarberry, who preceded her in death in 1979. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
