Lois A. Steese, age 79, passed away Saturday in Aultman Compassionate Care Center. She was born December 13, 1932 in Wintersville, Ohio, daughter to the late George and Mary (Starkey) Steele. Lois earned her Masters Degree from the University of Akron, she worked as a school psychologist for 25 years and retired from the Alliance City Schools System. She was very active with the Alliance YWCA, member of the League of Woman Voters and was the past president of the Alliance Education Association....
