Sallie Pauline Starcher, age 88, passed away on May 7, 2012. She was born on October 4, 1923 in Looneyville, West Virginia to the late General and Annie Lipscomb. Sallie was employed by Namey's Grocery with 30 years of service. Preceded in death by her husband, Carl Starcher and sisters, Rosa and Emma Monroe; she is survived by her daughter, Sandi (Paul) Keyes of Canton; son, Carl (Stella) Starcher of Bullhead City, Arizona; 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and sister, Alice Watts....
