Roberta. Dean (nee Bullard ), 81, formerly of Vermilion and New London died May 7, 2012 at New London Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.
Roberta was born October 27, 1930 in Cleveland and had lived in Vermilion most of her life moving to New London to live with her daughter.
