Anthony was a resident of Novelty, Ohio at the time of his passing.

He was preceded in death by his wife Grayce.
Funeral Service Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 1 PM at TABONE-KOMOROWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 33650 SOLON RD. (JUST W. OF SOM CENTER). Family will receive friends TUESDAY 6-8 P.M.
In lieu of flowers family suggest contributions to the Anthony Curtis Fund. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
