Adam R. Siemienski, age 72 of Canal Fulton, passed away May 1, 2012 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in 1940, in Philadelphia, PA., he graduated with honors from Edison High School in 1958. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania on scholarship before joining the US Air Force from 1962 to 1966.
