Rosie F. Stuebner, (nee Bell), of Avon Lake for 46 years and formerly of Marion, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Avon Oaks Nursing Home. Mrs. Stuebner was born and raised in Marion, and attended and graduated from Marion Harding High School. She worked as a childcare provider at the Avon Lake Children's Center.
