Arthur was a resident of Ravenna, Ohio at the time of his passing.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his wife Louise.
Calling Hours will be held TODAY from 6-8 PM, at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM with Rev. Gary Beck officiating. Interment will follow in Homeland Cemetery.
