Dennis was born on November 4, 1936 and passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2012.
Dennis was a resident of Brunswick, Ohio at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Jane.
A Celebration of Dennis' Life will take place on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 2 pm at Michaud's, 16808 Pearl Rd, Strongsville, OH 44136.
