John Charles "Jack" Durance , 95, of Hudson, died Friday, April 6, 2012 at Laurel Lake Care Center in Hudson.
He was born March 14, 1917 in Hamilton, Ontario to Charles Henry and Thersa Marie (Last) Durance. John received his Doctorate from The Ohio State University. He retired after a long career at Kent State University. He was a veteran of the Army during World War II.
