Joseph was born on February 10, 1951 and passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2012.
Joseph was a resident of New Castle, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.
He had served in the Marine Corps and was of the Methodist faith.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Hermon Cemetery with the Rev. Rex Wasser officiating.
